October 5, 2009 - First Weigh In

Well in 5 days I lost 5.8 lbs.  Just a shade under my goal of 6 lbs.  Diet is going great.  I have been doing a physical activity everyday.  Last night I was going to skip a workout but then decided to go for a quick jog.  Well just had to share, my goal now is to lose whatever weight I lose but to continue to do something physical everyday and to also eat well.  One week down, and 81 more days to go.
